Beach is accessible from the public beach. In front of the Trou aux Biches resort, swim about 50m out. Please be mindful of the heavy boat traffic. Sea turtles can be found in the area. Taxi boats available on the beach. No current in area but water can get deep in high tide. Lagoon is protected by the reef.

The National Marine Park of Blue Bay is a beautiful coastal area located on the southeastern part of the island of Mauritius. The area is famous for its stunning azure blue waters and pristine white sand beaches.  Beach is accessible from the public beach but advisable to use the taxi boats as they provide snorkeling gear and can take you to different spots.
