Bel Ombre is the perfect definition of what people come to Mauritius for: Sea, Sun and Sand; but it is sprinkled with a little bit of magic here and there as well, along its 6km stretch of golden sand. Although not totally untouched (due to several nearby hotels and resorts), Bel Ombre beach offers crystal clear water and promises the bounty-feeling you've been looking for. The area is also a well-known kitesurfing spot with several kite-surf rental options and kite-surf schools. Yet another picture-postcard beach, with its turquoise blue and emerald green shades, that makes it the perfect place to take a dip.
