Kaz’Alala is uniquely Mauritian… It consists of four ancient buildings of the sugar estate which have been painted red, blue, yellow and green – the colours of the Mauritian flag – and transformed to accommodate twenty independent and modern guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms. They each have an outside access to a garden area but are all connected to common areas namely the Creole veranda, the dining room and the kitchen where you can meet and bond with your neighbours and spend lovely evenings cooking with them, chatting over a drink, having dinner or enjoying a carom game.
