   Move through the main section of the route, following instructions and the natural line of the landscape.

   Move through pools and rock terrain

   Pause at key sections to take in the scenery before continuing through the final part of the activity.

   Finish the route and return

   Complete the route and return to the base or finishing point with the main adventure behind you.
