Although the island has no shortage of beautiful white-sand beaches, why not take a break to let Gris Gris amaze you with its wild side?
We promise you; it is truly a nature's masterpiece! Uncover Mauritius' grandiose landscape with Gris Gris' tremendous waves. Nestled on the south of the island, Gris Gris deserves its name for its bipolar atmosphere combining windy and gloomy sky with the bluest horizon. Although you'll be tempted to do so, it is strictly prohibited to swim or cliff jump at Gris Gris. Blame it on the strong currents that have often led to several drowning cases. The area holds a mesmerizing lush green flora which is home to many local endemic birds leading you to 'La Roche Qui Pleure' and 'Pont Naturel' – two landmarks in the district of Souillac.
