Restaurants
La Pomme d’Amour is the main restaurant of Hilton Mauritius. It has a stunning view of the lagoon and ocean beyond. The menu features American breakfast and daily international buffet dinner with creole influences. Our recommendation is Les Coquillages. This seaside restaurant has a special menu for those who wish to discover the Mauritian creole cuisine.
3 Bars
The 3 bars are Vista, Hibiscus, and Aqua. They are all amazing places to chill with a cocktail, but Vista has to be our favourite. It hosts Happy Hour every day from 6.30 P.M. to 8.30 P.M. It also has breathtaking views of the lagoon.
Spa
Hilton Mauritius’ luxurious spa has a hydrotherapy bath, sauna, steam room and a private cabin with whirlpool for couples’ massage. There are also fitness programmes that you can enrol onto during your visit. There is an on-site fitness area with regular yoga and tai chi classes.
